Red

Beichun
2014

Cherry red in colour with aromas of red fruit, dried dates and a slight reminiscent of herbs. The texture is medium-bodied with firm red fruits on the palate, dried raspberry, black tea and touch of caramel aroma. Long supple finish with good acidity and a sweet note of sun-dried tomato.

Ready to drink now to 10 years.

Beichun
2015

Deep ruby colour with light purple hue. It has attractive aroma dominated by red fruit, rose and followed by vanilla and cinnamon spice. On the palate it presents a silky and consistent texture with notes of ripe red fruit, dried raspberry, and touch of wolfberries. Finish is soft with good balanced acidity.

Ready to drink now to 15 years.

Saperavi
2014

Deep ruby red with purple hue. It shows plum, spicy aroma with hint of liquorice and woody notes. On the palate it is dense with juicy black fruit notes such as sour cherry and plum. A well-balanced wine with very smooth texture and good acidity.

Ready to drink now to 7 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon
2013

Full-bodied wine with a ruby red colour with garnet shades. Warm, ripe berries like bouquet, intense and concentrated fragrance of rich black fruits. Cherry and plum notes to the palate with ripe flavors of raisins, smooth and supple finish to the wine.

Ready now, but best in 2 to 20 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon
2014

Medium to full-bodied wine with a deep ruby colour. There is a strong aroma of dried black currants to the nose, with hints of mahogany wood. Smooth and silky wine texture. Red fruit on the palate, showing youthful black currants and blackberries. Long finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
2014

Purple coloured wine with aromas of black fruits such as ripened blueberry and slight smokey layer of toasts. The palate is rich and intense, dominated by toasty coffee notes followed by some dark fruit, blackcurrant, spices of liquorice, clove and vanilla. Overall this is a powerful and structured wine with slight grippy tannins that will reach its potential in a decade.

Best to drink in 3-15 years.

Pinot Noir
2013

Medium-bodied wine with pale ruby color. Cranberry and cherry fruit flavors to the nose with slight earthy aromas. Lush and mouthwatering texture to the palate with caramel taste and hints of red berries. Good balance, soft finish with fine long flavors.

2015

Lightly straw coloured with bright silver hue. The aroma is refreshing and floral, with notes of Jasmine, ripe grapefruit, lemon peel with a light touch of spices like ginger and rosemary. A very crisp and elegant wine with lemony and white peach notes, refreshing acidity and light minerality. Refined finish with a touch of lemon and ginger.

Brilliant pale coloured with silver hue. Attractive aroma of white fruits such as peach, pear and touch of coconut note. On the palate it is crisp and round, has refreshing acidity and light minerality with hint of orange peel.

A brilliant pale gold coloured and expressive wine. There is a strong aroma of yellow peach, honeysuckle and citrus blossom with a hint of honey. On the palate it is round and full-bodied, maintaining good balance of acidity and complexity. The finish is long with notes of tropical fruits and honey.
